I agree with Vegas,
I would also choose Miami, Orlando (good place for people to bring their families). SanDiego, Puerto Rico
Even though I’m a New Yorker I wouldn’t pick NY unless the City eliminated the vaccination requirements for restaurants. I know of people that had weddings scheduled and got stuck paying for guests who couldn’t attend because of vax status.
